The machine is so designed that it knows exactly how much water to use to extract the entire flavor and none of the bitterness. The main features included in the coffee maker are an adjustable auto shutoff, adjustable keep-warm thermostat, Brew Pause feature and gold tone filter. The unit also features a taste keeper where the lid locks in the flavor and doen’t let it escape. There is also an extra large LCD programmable clock with adjustable keep-warm temperature control with display. The machine also has a time-to-clean indicator that tells you when the cleaning of the unit is to be done. There is also grind-off function which automatically shuts off the grinding process. The unit comes with a measuring scoop, 4-paper filter starter kit and an instruction book.
