The Jura-Capresso IMPRESSA S9 Avantgarde is an upgraded machine for the discerning connoisseur who wants the best in crema coffee, espresso, cappuccino, latte and other espresso-based drinks. The Platinum Metallic finish will add style to any kitchen or small business office.
The new low-noise conical burr grinder is quieter than most and has a new built-in bean sensor that alerts the user to refill the bean container before its empty. The new programming dial makes it easier to customize beverages to taste. The user can even program on the run with the new "a la carte" button, which allows adjustments in coffee strength and cup size while the beverage is brewing, without altering programmed settings.
The machine comes with two stainless steel lined ThermoBlock heating systems, providing maximum performance with no downtime between brewing and frothing. There is no contact between the beverage and aluminum.
The IMPRESSA S 9 Avantgarde has an attractive new stainless steel frothing wand with a bullet point tip. The Dual Frother frothing wand, for at-home baristas who want to steam or froth milk like the professionals, is one of the machines two frothing options. The IMPRESSA S9 Avantgarde also comes with the frothXpress PLUS system, which automatically produces hot frothy milk or hot chocolate directly into a cup.
