Youll never go back to other bread crumbs. These coarse crumbs make wonderful toppings on desserts and casseroles and extra crispy fried foods.
This is famous name Panko, the best there is. Were buying in bulk and passing the savings on to you. Its packaged in Vista stand-up bags with zippers so that you can use what you need and reseal it. (Panko will draw moisture from the air and become soft if not resealed.) Vista bags are high in nylon content to provide an excellent oxygen barrier.
Bakers hint: Never use bread crumbs with the dark crust pieces. When you cook your crumb-coated food, the dark pieces become overdone with a bitter taste.
