This is terrific, Dutch-processed cocoa powder imported from France. It is finer ground and richer than most American cocoa powders but not quite as rich and with a mellower tone than our Deep Rich cocoa powder. It makes for richer, deeper chocolate flavored baked goods than most cocoa powders sold in the stores.
