This is terrific, Dutch-processed cocoa powder imported from Holland. It is finer ground and richer than most American cocoa powders. It makes for richer, deeper chocolate flavored baked goods than most cocoa powders sold in the stores.This is the highest cocoa butter content we have ever found in a cocoa powder--22/24 DP. Many store brands only have 8/10.
