Recipe for cooking applesauce doughnuts

Applesauce Doughnuts2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg
1/2 c. applesauce
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 Tbsp. vegetable oil Mix all ingredients. Drop by half tsp. into 375 degree F deep fat fryer. Roll in cinnamon and sugar mixture.
