Breakfast on the Run2 whole FROZEN bananas 1 c. milk 1/2 c. plain yogurt 1/4 c. wheat germ 1 egg 2 tsp. vanilla extract or flavoring 1 tsp. sugar Place all in a blender and whirl until puréed. Garnish with nutmeg.
