Breakfast Patties1/4 c. water 2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. rubbed sage 1 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes 1/8 tsp. ground ginger 2 lb. ground pork In a bowl, combine water and seasonings. Add pork and mix well. Shape into eight 4-in. patties. In a skillet over med. heat, cook patties for 5 to 6 mins. on each side or until no longer pink in the centers.
