Company Scrambled Eggs1 (2 1/2 ounce) jar ArmourĀ® Star Sliced Dried Beef, rinsed, chopped 1 c. sliced mushrooms 4 Tbsp. butter or butter replacement 6 eggs 1/3 c. milk Dash of salt Dash of pepper 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley In fry pan, cook dried beef and mushrooms in 3 Tbsp. butter or butter replacement 10 mins.. Remove mixture, keeping warm. Add remaining butter or butter replacement to pan. Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper; pour into pan. Cook slowly, stirring until eggs are thickened but moist; remove to serving platter. Top with dried beef mixture; sprinkle with parsley. Makes approximately 4 servings.
