Recipe for cooking crab meat omelette

Crab Meat Omelette4 eggs 2 Tbsp. milk 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Dash of Tabasco® sauce 2 Tbsp. chopped scallions 2 tsp. chopped parsley 2 Tbsp. butter 1 can High Sea® Crab Meat 1 tsp. lemon juice Prepare a basic omelet by mixing eggs, milk, salt, pepper and Tabasco®. Cook in an omelet pan after melting 1 Tbsp. butter. Sauté scallions and parsley in remaining butter until soft, being careful not to let butter brown. Add crab meat and lemon juice, mixing lightly. As eggs begin to set, lower heat, add crab meat mixture, cook until almost set. Fold and finish cooking. Garnish with parsley sprigs. Serves 2.
