Deep Dish Cheesecake Coffee Cake3 c. biscuit mix 1/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. milk 1/4 c. butter or butter replacement, melted 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 2 eggs 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract or flavoring 1/4 c. strawberry preserves Combine biscuit mix, the 1/4 c. sugar, milk and butter; stir vigorously 30 seconds. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface; knead 4 or 5 times. Pat evenly in the bottom and up the sides of an nonstick 9-in. round cake pan; set aside. Combine cream cheese, eggs, the 1/2 c. sugar and vanilla extract or flavoring. Beat at med. speed with electric mixer until smooth. Pour over dough; bake at 350 degrees F for 30 to 35 mins.. Remove from oven; let stand 10 mins.. Spread preserves over top. Serve warm. Makes approximately 8 servings.
