Recipe for cooking food processor doughnuts

Food Processor Doughnuts1/3 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract or flavoring
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 heaping tsp. baking powder
1 c. sour milk
3 c. all-purpose flour Put all ingredients into a food processor. Process about 3 1/2 mins. with the steel blade. Roll out; cut and fry in deep fat, turning once. Drain and sprinkle with sifted powdered\sugar or cinnamon-sugar. Makes approximately 30. Also fry the holes. These freeze well.
