Recipe for cooking french toast with raspberry cream sauce

French Toast with Raspberry Cream Sauce1 c. evaporated milk 2 lrg. eggs 3 Tbsp. water 2 Tbsp. sugar 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract or flavoring 1 tsp. cinnamon 8 thick slices French bread 2 c. crushed cornflakes Powdered’ sugar Raspberry Cream Sauce 1/2 pt. fresh raspberries In a med. bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. Dip bread slices into the mixture and then coat each slice with cereal. Heat a buttered skillet and cook each piece until golden and crisp. To serve, place two pieces of toast on each plate and sprinkle with powdered’ sugar. Garnish with Raspberry Cream Sauce and fresh raspberries. Raspberry Cream Sauce 1 (10 ounce) pkg. frozen raspberries, defrosted 1 c. sour cream or plain yogurt 1/2 tsp. cinnamon Mix the raspberries with the sour cream and add cinnamon.
