Recipe for cooking glazed bacon

Glazed Bacon1/2 lb. thick-sliced meaty bacon 1 Tbsp. brown sugar per strip of bacon Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lay the bacon on a jellyroll pan. Bake for 10 mins., then pour off the fat. Sprinkle a Tbsp. of brown sugar over each bacon strip. Return to the oven for 8 mins.. Turn the bacon over and bake for 2 to 3 mins. longer. Watch carefully so it doesn\t over-brown and caramelize. The sugar can turn too dark in a min.. Remove the bacon from the oven and place on plate to cool slightly. Serves approximately 6.
