Honey Custard French Toast1/2 c. honey 1 c. milk 6 eggs 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/8 tsp. salt 12 slices French bread, each 3/4-in. thick Butter Honey and toasted pecan pieces for garnish, as desired In a lrg. bowl, beat honey, milk, eggs, cinnamon and salt. Dip bread slices in egg mixture, turning to coat. Melt a little butter in a lrg. skillet over med. heat and brown soaked slices, turning once to brown second side. Serve with additional honey and sprinkle with pecans, as desired. Makes approximately 6 servings.
