Recipe for cooking kiwi fruit pancakes

Kiwi Fruit Pancakes
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg, beaten
2/3 c. finely chopped kiwi fruit
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter or butter replacement, melted
2 Tbsp. light brown sugar
2/3 c. milk
2 Tbsp. grated orange peel
Combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder and salt in lrg. bowl.
Combine egg, milk, kiwi fruit, orange peel and butter in med. bowl; stir into flour mixture until blended. Drop lrg. spoonsful onto a lightly greased hot nonstick griddle and cook until bubbles on the top surface start to pop, then flip over and cook until golden.
Serve hot with golden syrup, maple syrup, honey, fruit sauce or chocolate sauce.
