Pecan Coffee Cake

1 (18.25 ounce) box yellow cake mix
1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla extract or flavoring
4 eggs
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Streusel
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
2 tsp. cinnamon
Mix together: cake mix, pudding, oil, water and vanilla extract or flavoring. Beat in eggs one at a time. Then beat mixture 6 mins. on high speed. Grease and flour Bundt pan and cover bottom with 1/2 c. pecans. Layer 1/3 batter and 1/3 streusel mix until all are used. Bake at 325 degrees F for 50 to 60 mins.. Run knife around pan flip onto a serving plate. Cool 8 mins. then drizzle with icing.
Icing
1/2 c. powdered\sugar
1 Tbsp. milk
1/2 tea. vanilla extract or flavoring
NOTE: Even good without icing. Once I forgot the pecans on the bottom - just mixed them in the batter turned out just as good. Never last long at our house.
