Recipe for cooking raspberry cream of wheat

Raspberry Cream of Wheat1 1/4 c. milk 4 Tbsp. Cream of Wheat 3/4 c. fresh or frozen raspberries 3 Tbsp. honey 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 1 Tbsp. toasted sliced almonds Bring milk to a boil and add Cream of Wheat (pour in slowly while stirring constantly). Reduce heat to med. and add raspberries, cinnamon and honey. Cook over med. heat for about 5 mins., stirring constantly, mashing raspberries while you stir. Remove from heat, pour into serving dishes and top with toasted almonds. Serves approximately 2.
