Sour Cream Breakfast Cake1/2 c. butter or butter replacement 1 c. sugar 1 c. sour cream 2 eggs 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda 2 c. all-purpose flour 1 tsp. vanilla extract or flavoring Cream first four ingredients well. Add baking powder, baking soda, flour and vanilla extract or flavoring. Combine thoroughly. Pour half the batter into a greased Bundt pan. Sprinkle half the Topping over the batter in the pan. Pour on remaining batter and remaining Topping. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 mins.. Cool in the pan for 10 mins.. Topping 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 c. chopped nuts Combine all ingredients.
