Recipe for cooking streusel coffee cake

Streusel Coffee Cake
3 c. reduced-fat baking mix
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. nonfat milk
1/4 c. Sunsweet Lighter Bake
2 lrg. eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract or flavoring
Streusel Topping
Coat 10-in. tube pan with cooking spray; set aside.
Combine all ingredients. Spread half of the batter into greased pan; sprinkle evenly with half of the Streusel Topping. Top with remaining batter, then remaining Streusel Topping. Bake in preheated 350 degree F oven for 5 to 40 mins. or until wooden pick inserted into center comes out clean.
Cool 10 mins.. Loosen sides and remove to rack. Makes approximately one 10-in. coffee cake.
Streusel Topping
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. Lighter Bake
1/4 c. pecans
Combine sugar, flour and cinnamon. Stir in Lighter Bake with fork or fingertips to make a fine crumb mixture. Mix in pecans.
