Toll House Crumb Cake

1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. butter or butter replacement, softened
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 c. (12 ounce pkg.) NESTLÉ TOLL HOUSE
    Semi-Sweet Chocolate Mini Morsels, divided
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter or butter replacement, softened
1 tsp. vanilla extract or flavoring
3 lrg. eggs
1 c. sour cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 13 x 9-in. baking pan.

For topping: Combine brown sugar, flour and butter in sm. bowl with pastry blender or two knives until mixture is crumbly. Stir in nuts and 1/2 c. morsels.

For cake: Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in sm. bowl.

Beat sugar, butter and vanilla extract or flavoring in lrg. mixer bowl until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually add flour mixture alternately with sour cream. Fold in remaining morsels. Spread into prepared baking pan; sprinkle with topping. Bake 25 to 35 mins. or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack.
