Recipe for cooking tomato gravy

Tomato Gravy1 1/2 c. tomato juice Pin. of baking soda 1 tsp. salt 1 Tbsp. sugar 1 1/2 c. milk 3 Tbsp. cornstarch Boil tomato juice. Add baking soda, salt and sugar. Mix cornstarch and milk together, and pour into tomato mixture. Bring to a boil. Serve on scrambled eggs or fried mush. Serves approximately 8.
