Coffee Brickle Ice Cream2 Tbsp. instant coffee
2 tsp. hot water
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
4 c. half-and-half
3/4 c. almonds, chopped and toasted
1/3 c. brickle chips
2 tsp. vanilla extract or flavoring
1 tsp. almond extract or flavoring In sm. bowl, dissolve coffee in water. In ice cream freezer container, combine all ingredients; mix well. Freeze according to manufacturer\s directions. Makes approximately 2 qt..
