Coffee Glazed Pecans1 1/2 c. pecans 1/4 c. sugar 2 Tbsp. water 2 tsp. Taster’s Choice® Instant Freeze-Dried Coffee 1/4 tsp. cinnamon In lrg. skillet combine pecans, sugar, water, Taster\s Choice® and cinnamon; bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil 3 min., stirring constantly until pecans are well glazed. Spread on wax paper to cool. NOTE: If using electric skillet, heat all ingredients approximately 4 min. at 225 degrees F, stirring constantly.
