Coffee Icing3 Tbsp. hot strong coffee
3 Tbsp. dry cocoa
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract or flavoring
1 1/3 c. powdered\sugar Add coffee to cocoa; stir until smooth. Add vanilla extract or flavoring and enough sugar to reach spreading consistency.
