Coffee Jell-O1 Tbsp. plain gelatin powder
1/4 c. cold water
6 Tbsp. sugar
Dash of salt
1 3/4 c. hot strong coffee Soak gelatin in cold water for five mins.. Add remaining ingredients and stir. Chill until firm. Serves 4.
