Frangelico Coffee Chippers1 c. brown sugar 1 c. sugar 2 c. butter or butter replacement 1 1/2 Tbsp. baking soda 1/4 c. Frangelico (hazelnut liquor) 1/4 c. Tia Maria (coffee liquor) 1 Tbsp. salt 3 eggs 6 c. flour 1 1/2 lb. chocolate chips 4 oz. pecans, chopped 4 oz. walnuts, chopped Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a baking sheet. Cream sugars, butter, baking soda, liqueurs and salt. While creaming, add eggs one at a time. Add flour, chocolate chips and nuts; mix well. Bake for 8 to 10 mins. or until golden brown. Store in an airtight container after cookies are cool.
