Sherried Beans with Coffee1 (38 ounce) can baked beans 1/3 c. dry or med. sherry 2 Tbsp. brown sugar 1 Tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. instant coffee 1 tsp. mustard Combine all ingredients and turn into individual bean pots or casserole dishes. Bake at 350 degrees F about 30 mins.. Serve with Burgundy or claret. Makes approximately 4 servings.
