1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
2 tsp. lemon extract or flavoring
1 c. finely chopped walnuts Mix all ingredients together. Form dough into 1-in. balls and flatten slightly onto nonstick baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 mins.. Dust with powdered\sugar if desired. Servings: 24
