Recipe for cooking Blueberry Bang Belly

Blueberry Bang BellyCrust 2 c. flour 2/3 c. shortening 1 tsp. salt 2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 c. milk Filling 4 c. blueberries * 1 1/2 c. sugar (or less if desired) 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour Combine filling ingredients in a lrg. saucepan. Cook over med. heat until it bubbles. Spread in a buttered 13 x 9-in. pan and cover with rolled dough. Bake in hot oven until crust is golden brown. Cut into squares and serve from pan. May substitute raspberries.
