Recipe for cooking brownie pie

Brownie Pie2/3 c. evaporated milk 2 Tbsp. butter 1 (6 ounce) pkg. semisweet chocolate chips 2 eggs 1 c. sugar 2 Tbsp. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. chopped pecans 1 tsp. vanilla extract or flavoring 1 pie shell, unbaked Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix milk, butter and chocolate in double boiler. Beat until chocolate melts. Stir in remaining ingredients, adding vanilla extract or flavoring last. Pour into uncooked pie shell. Bake for 35 mins.. Serve with ice cream or whipped topping.
