Candy Apple Pie

3 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. butter

Mix together, press into bottom of 9-in. pie pan. bake for 16 mins. in preheated 375°F oven.

5 Granny Smith apples, peeled and sliced
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
5 Tbsp. butter

Put in saucepan, mix, cook 10-15 mins. until well blended, pour into crust.

In bowl:
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract or flavoring

Mix well and put on apple mixture. Bake 350 degrees F for 30 mins..

Topping
3/4 c. caramel ice cream topping
1/4 c. chopped pecans
