Caramel Nut Drops

1 c. chopped pecans
40 Kraft caramels
Dipping chocolate

Melt caramel in microwave; mix nuts with melted caramel; drop on greased baking sheet and refrigerate until cooled.

Melt dipping chocolate and dip caramel drops. These need not be refrigerated.
