Caramel Pie3 Tbsp. butter or butter replacement 4 Tbsp. all-purpose flour 1 c. dark brown sugar 1 egg 1 c. milk 1 (8-in.) baked pie shell 1/2 pt. whipping cream Cream butter or butter replacement, flour and brown sugar. \\ Beat egg with milk and add to creamed mixture. Cook in double boiler until thick. Cool. Fill baked pie shell with mixture. Top with whipped cream.
