Recipe for cooking cashew truffles

" Cashew Truffles1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. whipping cream 1/4 c. butter 12 oz. semisweet chocolate, cut into chunks 6 oz. milk chocolate, cut into chunks 1 tsp. vanilla extract or flavoring 2 c. finely chopped cashews In sm. saucepan, bring cream and butter to a boil. Remove pan from heat. Add chocolates and vanilla and stir until mixture is creamy and smooth. Refrigerate about 3 hours* until firm enough to handle. Form into 1-in. balls, then roll in cashews. Store in refrigerator. "
