Recipe for cooking cheese pie

Cheese PieThis pie is as rich as cheese cake but creamier. 1 (9-in.) graham cracker crust 12 oz. cream cheese, softened 2 eggs 3/4 c. sugar 2 Tbsp. vanilla extract or flavoring or 1/2 tsp. almond extract or flavoring 1 c. sour cream 3 1/2 Tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla extract or flavoring Prepare pie crust. Combine cream cheese, eggs, 3/4 c. sugar and 2 tsp. vanilla or almond extract or flavoring and beat until light and fluffy. Pour filling into pie crust and bake at 325 degrees F for 28 mins.. Remove from oven; cool. Mix sour cream, 3 1/2 Tbsp. sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla extract or flavoring and spread on top of pie. Bake at 325 degrees F for 10 mins.. Cool; refrigerate for several hours before serving.
