Recipe for cooking cheesecake sherbet

Cheesecake Sherbet1 c. sugar 2 c. buttermilk 1 tsp. grated lemon peel 1/4 c. lemon juice Mix all ingredients until sugar is dissolved. Pour into 1-qt. ice-cream freezer. Freeze according to manufacturer\s directions. Yield: 8 servings
