Recipe for cooking cherry mallow cobbler

Cherry Mallow Cobbler1 1/3 c. vanilla wafer crumbs 1/4 c. butter or butter replacement, melted 2 1/2 c. cherry pie filling (21 ounce) can 1 c. whipping cream 1/2 tsp. almond extract or flavoring 2 c. miniature marshmallows Combine crumbs and margarine. Press into bottom of 8-in. round baking pan. Cover with pie filling. Chill. Whip cream with almond extract or flavoring until stiff. Fold in marshmallows and spread over cherry filling. Chill several hours before serving. 6 servings
