Recipe for cooking cherry nut biscotti

Cherry Nut Biscotti2 eggs 5 c. all-purpose flour 1 c. raisins 1 c. vegetable oil 1 c. nuts 2 c. sugar 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. vanilla extract or flavoring 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 c. chopped candied cherries 1/2 c. orange juice Beat eggs. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Divide dough into 4 pieces. Make bars by rolling dough into a long log. Place 2 logs to a baking sheet. Grease baking sheet and place logs on sheet. Brush tops with mixture of egg yolk and water. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 mins.. Reduce oven temperature to 300 degrees F. Cut logs into 1/2-in. slices. Return to baking sheet and cook until toasted, about 20 to 30 mins..
