Cherry Supreme Cheesecake8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla extract or flavoring
1 can cherry pie filling
1 graham cracker pie crust Soften cheese at room temperature. Beat in milk, lemon juice and vanilla extract or flavoring. Pour into pie crust. Chill until set. After cheesecake has set, pour pie filling over top. Keep refrigerated.
