Recipe for cooking chocolate angel food trifle

Chocolate Angel Food Trifle2 sm. cartons whipping cream, whipped 4 egg yolks, beaten 4 egg whites, beaten stiff 1 lrg. pkg. chocolate chips 1 lrg. angel food cake 1 pkg. walnuts Use a 9 x 13-in. pan or fancy trifle bowl. Melt chocolate and cool. Beat egg yolks. Beat egg whites stiff. Beat whipping cream. Mix all together. Break cake into sm. pieces; use half cake and half chocolate mix, then other half cake and chocolate mix. (If using a trifle bowl, put ingredients together in layers into pan or fancy bowl.) Sprinkle top with chopped nuts. Refrigerate for 24 hours before serving.
