Recipe for cooking Chocolate Chip Crater Cake

Chocolate Chip Crater Cake2 c. biscuit baking mix 1/4 c. sugar 2/3 c. milk 1 tsp. vanilla extract or flavoring 1 c. semisweet chocolate chips Topping Mix Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease an 8-in. square baking pan. In mixer bowl combine biscuit mix, sugar, milk, egg and vanilla extract or flavoring; beat on low speed until moistened. Beat 2 mins. on med. speed until smooth. Pour 1/2 of batter into a greased pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips over batter. Top with remaining batter, completely covering chips. Sprinkle Topping Mix evenly over batter. Bake 25 to 30 mins. or until top springs back when touched lightly. Topping Mix 1/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. packed dark brown sugar 1/4 c. biscuit baking mix 1/4 c. butter, softened 1 tsp. ground cinnamon Combine all ingredients in a sm. bowl.
