Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Fudge2 c. sugar 1/2 c. evaporated milk (Milnot) 1 Tbsp. unsalted butter 3/4 c. creamy peanut butter 1 (12 ounce) bag semisweet chocolate chips 1/4 c. whipping cream Boil together the sugar, milk and butter. Remove from heat after this has boiled for ONE MIN.. Add the peanut butter, mix thoroughly and pour into a buttered 11 x 7-in. glass baking pan. As this is cooling, melt the chocolate chips, then stir in the cream. Pour over the peanut butter fudge.
