Chocolate Marshmallow Creme Cake

6 egg whites, whipped
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. pure vanilla extract or flavoring
1 1/2 c. Marshmallow Crème
1/3 c. cocoa powder, sifted
3/4 c. unbleached flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Prepare an 8-in. square pan with cooking spray and flour; set aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine egg whites, sugar, vanilla extract or flavoring and Marshmallow Crème.

In another mixing bowl, combine cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients just until moistened. Bake for 30 mins..
