Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake

This is a wonderfully moist cake!

2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla extract or flavoring
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. hot water

Blend all ingredients with mixer 2 to 3 mins. and pour into greased round cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 25 mins..
