Recipe for cooking chocolate molasses fudge

Chocolate Molasses Fudge2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. Grandma\s Molasses
1 c. milk
2 (1 oz.) squares chocolate
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tea. vanilla extract or flavoring Mix sugar, molasses, milk, chocolate and butter in a deep kettle. Stir until sugar is dissolved and cook until candy will form soft ball when tried in cold water. Remove from heat; add vanilla extract or flavoring and beat until creamy. Pour into a buttered pan. When cool, mark in squares.
