Recipe for cooking chocolate nut candy cups

Chocolate Nut Candy C.

1 c. milk chocolate chips
1 tsp. vegetable shortening
1 c. broken pecans or walnuts

In a med. microwave safe bowl, place the chips and shortening and microwave on HIGH (100%) for 1 to 1 1/2 mins. or until smooth when stirred. Stir in the nuts. Spoon heaping tsp.fuls of the mixture into 1-in. paper candy c. or paper lined mini muffin c., filling each c. half full. Refrigerate until firm. Peel off the paper c., if desired.
