Recipe for cooking Chocolate Raspberry Cobbler Cake

Chocolate Raspberry Cobbler Cake3/4 c. butter 2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1 1/2 c. milk 1 tsp. vanilla extract or flavoring 1 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar 4 c. raspberries, fresh or frozen (no need to thaw) 1 c. semisweet chocolate chips Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Melt butter in a 9 x 13-in. baking pan. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, milk, vanilla extract or flavoring and brown sugar. Pour half of batter directly into hot melted butter in pan. Top with 3 c. raspberries and the chocolate chips. Pour remaining batter over and top with last c. of berries. Bake for 35 to 40 mins. or until center is set. Cool at least 10 mins. before serving. Serve warm with ice cream.
