Recipe for cooking Chocolate Zucchini Cake

Chocolate Zucchini Cake3/4 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. vegetable oil 3 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla extract or flavoring 1/2 c. buttermilk 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour 1/2 tsp. allspice 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. baking soda 4 Tbsp. cocoa 2 c. grated zucchini 1/2 to 1 c. chocolate chips Cream together sugars, butter and oil. Mix eggs, vanilla extract or flavoring and buttermilk. Combine the two mixtures. Sift and mix all dry ingredients. Combine everything, except chocolate chips, and mix well. Pour into a greased 13 x 9-in. pan and bake at 325 degrees F for 45 mins.. Sprinkle chocolate chips on hot cake.
