Recipe for cooking cinnamon pudding

Cinnamon Pudding3 c. brown sugar 2 1/4 c. cold water 3 Tbsp. butter or butter replacement 1 1/2 c. sugar 3 Tbsp. butter or butter replacement 1 Tbsp. baking powder 1 1/2 c. milk 3 scant c. flour 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix brown sugar, cold water and 3 Tbsp. butter together and bring to a boil. This is the syrup mixture. Mix sugar, flour, baking powder and cinnamon together. Add 3 Tbsp. butter and milk. Pour this dough mixture into a 13 x 9-in. pan and put syrup on top. Sprinkle with nuts, if desired. Bake for 45 mins.. Serves approximately 18.
